Have you ever sent a text msg while driving?
Slow driving in the left lane (on expressway): most days this is an annoyance. My route to and from work takes me on 385 & I240 in Memphis. I can deal with congestion/bottlenecks in rush hour, what bothers me is when for no reason the car in front of me (in the left lane) slows down by 10 - 20 mph. I have been keeping mental notes, at least 3 times a week, when this happens when move to pass the driver by moving to the middle lane they are busy sending text messages or fumbling for a phone number. I may take it for granted, but my cell is about 2 yrs old and it has speed dial, voice dialing and a headset.
Most days I would rater have to drive next to someone who spent the day in a bar... at least a drunk will know they are drunk and not just oblivious to there surroundings. Some states have taken the initiative to pass laws and enforce use of hands free calling while driving. Unfortunately (if I smoked) in TN, I could smoke do it in a gas station, I do not think the laws will change here anytime soon.
