Rude to the waitress

My wife works as a waitress. At times when she is taking an order the person who she is waiting on will get a cell phone call. The person then expects her to wait as he/she has a conversation with the person on the phone.

Normally this occurs during the lunch hour when she has to go from table to table quickly so everyone gets helped in a timely manner.

If she leaves and comes back later, the person gets upset about having to wait.

If she takes everyone else's order at the table and the person is not finished and she comes back later for that order. They will get their food well after everyone else.

She can't stand their and wait or all the other tables suffer from this persons rudeness.

Cell phones and restaurants don't mix well!

Stand and Wait (let the other customers suffer)
Walk away and come back when they are finished (knowing you will get chewed out for making them wait)
Take every one elses order in the party and come back for thiers later (thier order will then come up after everyone elses)
